Fundraise on the Runway is an event created by Peyton Bowman, Brooke Parsons, and Kelsie Lauck to bring fashion and fun to Richmond while raising money for a great cause.
This year, 100% of proceeds from the event will go to Ideal Industries Incorporated (III). III strives to provide meaningful employment for adults with disabilities by focusing on a positive environment, employment opportunities, and meaningful relationships.

Peyton Bowman
Peyton Bowman is a 21-year-old graduate of Polo High School. After graduation, Peyton tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit and love of fashion to open Leo & Kay Boutique in her hometown of Richmond, Missouri. Peyton always knew she would own her business one day. It was inevitable with a family full of entrepreneurs, but she never thought she would be able to do it at such a young age. She loves being back in her hometown, bringing fashionable clothing, and sharing style tips with her customers in-store and on social media.

Brooke Ross
Brooke Ross is a born-and-raised Spartan, who graduated from Richmond High School in 2015. After attending Fort Scott Community college for two years, Brooke returned home and acquired a job at Ulta where she could grow her knowledge and skill. After gaining experience, Brooke brought her passion for her work and making others happy back to her hometown. She currently works at The Hair Studio offering hair color services, haircuts, wedding and prom hair, and teeth whitening. Brooke is grateful to be able to do what she loves in a town she loves, and with many people that show her the massive amount of love and support she has always hoped for!

Kelsie Lauck
Kelsie is a designer and marketing strategist who helps bring dreams and ideas to life. As the owner of Wayfarer Creative, she draws from her background in design and retail to help e-commerce businesses create beautiful and strategic branding, websites, and marketing plans. Kelsie has also worked with Kansas City Fashion Week on a volunteer basis and as their PR/Marketing Manager over a period of 10 seasons, and developed a successful portfolio building event called The MODA Shoot in conjunction with Kansas City Fashion Council. She is excited to tap into her past event planning experience and fashion background to help make Fundraise on the Runway a reality.
Nothing brings Kelsie more joy than seeing her clients achieve their dreams knowing the foundation she set for them through strategic branding, web design, and marketing is part of why they got there. Her clients have been featured on the runways of New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, in Vogue, Elle, Harpers Bazaar, and Cosmopolitan, on Bravo, and on ABC, Fox, and CBS local and national affiliates.
